Then he left my hot headlight bulb dangling out of the socket and it burnt a nice hole in my plastic grille. Brown wire, not blue wire. The bend in the two channels I planned on using was a little steep for the not super flexy strips so I cut them shorter but kept the lengths staggered. Drilled the holes in the back next to the bezel to where the strips wires were going to come out.
Pulled all the wires through and applied epoxy to where I was going to stick the strips. They come with adhesive backing too but I didn’t feel they would stick well. I didn’t take any pictures of theses steps since honestly I was so caught up in making everything line up and look right: I let everything dry overnight and the next day put everything back together, baked them again at F for minutes and applied clamps to make sure equal pressure was put on the compete housing while they cooled down.
